  I WISH someone would take over this place and make it better. I stopped going to this location all together because the food is always gross. Two dry buns slapped together with a cold hamburger patty and cheese with 10lbs of ketchup to make the whole burger soggy. Fries that sometimes are fresh and other times cold. The way they make food is SAD. You can tell the lack of effort and care these workers put into their jobs. Idk if the same manager is there still, but I cussed him out once because of how terrible he treated the girl for giving me an extra sauce that I ASKED FOR. It was terrible leadership. The orders are often wrong or missing things and again, food is made with little to no care. I'd rather wait 5-10 minutes for GOOD food, than fast food thats barely edible and looks disgusting.

  Horrible! Been in this location a few times. Its always slow, no one seems to know what they are doing, its all high school kids. The last time I was in there to pickup a doordash order and they told me they were out of quarter pounders ask me to ask costumer if they wanted a sub, which I did and she did. Told them what she wanted and literally sat there for 45 mins thinking they were making her order to then tell me they cant find the order and it never came through!! Ridiculous. The order was there and came through because yall literally asked me to call the customer for a substitution!! Horrible will never go back.

  My mother had 3 different combos and wanted them bagged in 3 different bags and not all smooshed in 1 bag. Jalen (a female) taking orders at 12:20 pm New Years Eve got EXTREMELY smart w my mother. Exact words "I cant promise you we can do that were BUSY at the moment" we asked her in another way to make her understand what we meant. She again got extremely smart and repeated herself in a rude tone. The other 2 in the window were super helpful. That tone over the speaker w the not willing to compromise the way we wanted our food bagged so it didnt get smooshed was unprofessional. I've never had anyone be that rude through a speaker and then not be at the window. Not a good look for McDonald's.
