Jalen (a female) taking orders at 12:20 pm New Years Eve got EXTREMELY smart w my mother. Exact words "I cant promise you we can do that were BUSY at the moment" we asked her in another way to make her understand what we meant. She again got extremely smart and repeated herself in a rude tone. The other 2 in the window were super helpful. That tone over the speaker w the not willing to compromise the way we wanted our food bagged so it didnt get smooshed was unprofessional. I've never had anyone be that rude through a speaker and then not be at the window. Not a good look for McDonald's.
