    The ladies in the drive through were so sweet, however I ordered a junior cheese burger and they gave me a junior BACON cheeseburger. The reason I get a junior cheese burger is because it has just the amount of things I like on a burger. I don’t like any of the bacon, lettuce, or mayonnaise that comes on it. I really wish these sweet people could get the orders right as this has happen VERY many times.

    Often times they aren’t fast , they tend to move at turtle speed. Customer service goes down the drain after breakfast.

    It’s like the 6 to 8 staff members in the store all have short term memory I have ordered a 10 piece nugget four times I get charged for the Nuggets and did not receive them with my meal

    Only gave a star because I have to. I love how the manager Tay, refused to take my order because they are short staffed. Im very understanding of that and would have waited patiently except she decided to be rude and ignore me. I explained all she had to do was acknowledge the people inside and say we will be right with you. She didnt even want to give up her name. The other employees ignore me as well when I was saying excuse me, can I place an order. I was not being rude or anything. Learn customer service if you are going to lead a crew.
