    Service here is always fairly slow. Has been for years. Employees are nice though. Food is usually fresh and hot.

    When you pay for a combo only to find out the fountain drink machine is out! Or not working! Why didn't the Cashier mention that when she took the order! The Combo Cost $11 and cant even get something to drink! Besides the HB waz cold! Service was not good either!

    Speaking for the night crew .They move quick in my opinion. Some people may think they’re slow because the line is literally wrapped around the building because people are constantly coming in. I’d rather wait a little longer and have hot food then be waiting in line to get some cold food that’s inaccurate. The food is always hot. For about 20 years through the remodeling and all that there’s never really just been a bad experience nothing that couldn’t be fixed right then the less than handful of times, that they had forgotten a burger or a fry they apologized immediately fixed it. They didn’t huff and puff like some places do. There are some young people that were there. I just got to see young people working Everybody’s respectful the drive-through the cashier even the people that are cooking if you walk in they acknowledge you. Everybody’s different but it’s clear that they’re hard-working employees and it’s a good place to eat.

    Would not recommend. Waiting 10 minutes for food, fries were cold, dining room was dirty and the seats were ripped.

    I went drive through. The staff was friendly and fast. The food quality was good. Only complaint was the accuracy of the order. I asked for a minor ingredient to be left off and that didn't happen. That being said, I would definitely go back again.
