    Only gave a star because I have to. I love how the manager Tay, refused to take my order because they are short staffed. Im very understanding of that and would have waited patiently except she decided to be rude and ignore me. I explained all she had to do was acknowledge the people inside and say we will be right with you. She didnt even want to give up her name. The other employees ignore me as well when I was saying excuse me, can I place an order. I was not being rude or anything. Learn customer service if you are going to lead a crew.

    I think its cool that this location hires people with special needs, however, they must be able to do the job properly. They can't even ring the orders right, so the food isn't right. And don't bother trying to call, it goes to a dead end voicemail that isn't set up. I was told a price, handed over money, then added the rest of my order after the first price was given and charged me more than I was originally told. Not that I wanted anything free but it should have been added to my order, when I ordered it.

    I've called several times this morning. I would like a refund on my order. I specifically asked if the breakfast chicken was processed chicken like chicken nugget meat or is it chicken breast meat where you can see actual strip meat, and I was assured it was the latter. I do not eat nugget type meat at all, and this sandwich was disgusting. The young lady was very sweet, but this was horrible.
