    Today, I had an order delivered to me that was supposed to be one food item, and a drink. Of course the drink was $10 and the drink was missing. The delivery driver said that she asked for the drink, and they told her this (the buffalo wrap)was the only thing in my order. Even the order receipt on the bag says item 2 of two. I am from the East Coast, and this made me highly upset. I called the franchise, and they did not answer. I called several times. I’ve never had this happen, and I’m only making this review, because the girl said she asked for the drink, and they told her that I did not have one in my order. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. That’s terrible customer service.

    Every time I come here, there’s an issue. Today, I placed an order through the app, and although the app malfunctioned, it still charged me. When I showed the staff my proof of purchase, they offered no help and essentially told me it wasn’t their problem. They didn’t want to cancel the payment nor make the order.

    I really hate to write this cuz My Service here is usually very great.. This is not to get anyone fired or harshly handled.. But to Express My Experience In Hopes that A Lesson Be Learned. Everyone deserves the same great service. And if you make a mistake, it's better to face it with Grace. Instead of Avoiding the Customer.... today for whatever reason I feel like Everyone else in the Store got Great Customer service. And I was Treated like an After thought or Side Note of some sort.. I put it in an Online Order of a Wrap and Smoothie.. and when I arrived. I saw the wrap on the shelf & was able to let them know, It seems they had forgotten or overlooked the smoothie on the ticket. Or forgotten.. mistakes happen & there was a Line so I Understand.. However, the lack of apologies, the over tending to everyone else. Handing them their orders in the hands even. Smiles. And 'Have a Great Day', ''Sorry for the wait '... I GOT NONE OF THAT.. while everyone else did.. everyone else was made a Priority. And They simply sat my items on the shelf and moved on.. No thank you.. No Have a Good One.. NOTHING.. and I was Standing Right Next To The Shelf & by the time my Smoothie Came Out, It was Just Me and One Other Person. Again. I understand ppl have flaws & mistakes happen. I don't expect Perfection. But I do Expect at Least The Basics of Good Customer Service. Just Something to be More mindful about, especially if and when you make mistakes. Face It With Grace. I do Also wanna Add.. THE SMOOTHIE TASTES GREAT !!!! haven't tastes the wrap yet. But I'm sure it's great too.. This is one reason I don't mind being patient with TSC & It's Team. Cuz ik the tediousness that feeds greatness !!! I don't mind you taking your time and focus for quality & excellence.. just don't take advantage of Ppls patience and grace either ! 💯💖

    I placed an order to be picked up at 7:40 AM this morning (Friday, 11/7/2025). Upon arriving at Tropical, I found the store closed and no staff present, although other customers were there as well. The gas station attendant mentioned that the staff might be sick. I attempted to call for a refund at 8:00 AM, but there was no answer. I’ve called 8:00am, 8:30am and 1:50ish ppm and no answer
