- TTtralisab2 days ago1.0Today was my 4th or 5th time here and by far the worst. Not sure if they had a bad day or if the service is just falling off. I ordered the Yolk-witch that came out cold. So cold the cheese didn’t melt. When I made the server aware, she took it back to the kitchen and returned 5-10 minutes later with the same sandwich that had been placed back on the grill and toasted darker. So the contents of the sandwich were still barely lukewarm and the bread was so hard it was like I was eating croutons. Not what you would expect for a $16 sandwich. Not to mention my 8 year old ordered French toast and bacon from the kids menu and the server run him up for an adult meal. When the massive plate was brought out I inquired about the size and she took it away saying she didn’t know he wanted a kids meal and it took 10 minutes for his actual meal to be delivered. Much poorer service since the opening of the restaurant. Very disappointed.

My hubby ordered a meal with eggs (over medium) and they were barely cooked. He got a pancake and it was not cooked all the way. My meal was good. However we still give it the rating I did. Horrible food yet good service.

Due to how busy the restaurant was, I chose to sit at the bar. From the beginning, my waitress was not welcoming and gave the impression that she did not want to be there or did not want to serve me. Before my food even arrived, she brought my receipt. After my order was served, I had to wait for her to return just to receive silverware. At no point did she check to see if I needed anything else. I had to get her attention myself to request another drink. After finishing my meal, I waited an additional 20–30 minutes just to pay. Once I finally paid, I received nothing more than a half-smile. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and basic customer service made this a very disappointing experience.
