  Collin was EXTREMELY KIND when I was ordering an got confused he was very respectful an kind in taking my order an while delivering he went beyond an asked again if we was good or if we needed anything else. Sonic in Pearl yall keep great kind workers like him. Kuddos to Collin

  It took well over 40 minutes to get some drinks while we were the very first and only car in the parking lot when I put in my order and they said it was busy. Which would’ve been fine if I didn’t try my shake and it had strawberries. Definitely not what I ordered as I’m severely allergic to them. We did get a new shake afterwards, but that is still incredibly insane. Do better please!

  Probably the worst sonic in the area. I have, against my better judgement, attempted to get drinks here several times. Waiting 10+ minutes for 1 drink almost every time. Today, they didn't even have what I ordered and paid for. I waited for 10 minutes before they even came out and told me. I had already paid. This store needs some serious intervention. Do yourself a favor a drive a few minutes further to the other Pearl Sonic or the one in Richland. That's my last chance for them.
