  After a certain time the system is always down it never fails. I just left at 7:20 and they said the system is down and they cannot take orders.

  Walked out!! Stood at the counter over 5 mins with no assistance or acknowledgment! Manager can be seen walking around and she did not say a word! I work hard for my money so if you do not want it; I will gladly take it elsewhere

  I had the $7 chicken tenders meal deal--3 tenders, fries, soda, and a kid's sundae. After paying for the food at the drive-thru window, we were told to pull down. After about five minutes or so, family went in to retrieve it. The ice cream, tenders, and soda was delicious. The fries was cold. The family had the cheeseburger meal deals. Their fries and burgers were cold, as well.

  The food was great and the young lady in drive-thru, Ashley, was awesome. Unfortunately, while the young lady was taking my order, another lady took over the mic and was very rude and impatient. I believe her name was Shirley. Very bad customer service.
