The worker handed her a coffee and went back to get her other drink. When the worker came back I guess it wasn’t correct so she took the drink back from the car and brought it to me. I was shocked and said did you just take that from the car in front of me and bring it to me, she said yes but they didn’t do anything to it. I sat there in shock and asked for it to be remade. I will never go back there again!

The first time I asked the gentleman That my drink was wrong and instead of him, fixing it and giving me the correct drink, he gives me the same exact drink, which is very disgusting. He was completely nonchalant and didn’t ask me for my phone number for my points or anything I will not come back to the seven brew around this time in the morning again I will wait until the staff is more friendly in the morning because now I just wasted seven bucks on a coffee that I can’t even drink

- CSCyndi SOct 27, 20252.0I can't figure out why I come thru the drive thru at 9:30pm at the Pearl location and I am told "the system is down" or "they can't take any payments at this time", etc when clearly they are supposed to be open until 10:00 and 11:00. Too many teenagers there and no adults in charge. You can't run a business if you don't sell your products. And wouldn't you know, there is no phone number to reach an owner or manager of this place.
