  My daughter went tonight, got there 20 minutes before closing, and was told they had already locked up. Why have hours until 10, if you are going to close beforehand? We come at least twice a day, and love this stand, but tonight just wasn’t it. I really wanted that coffee!

  Flew down Lakeland to get there before they closed because I have to have my coffee. Pulled in 20 minutes before they closed. Young girl refused to take my order because they were “literally about to shut down”. If you are going to refuse to take orders at 9:40pm, you should change your hours of operation to a close time of 9:40pm, not 10:00pm. Will not be returning to the Brandon 7Brew, I will stick to Flowood.

  After drinking Apex underground, coffee, and more from Midland Texas with the barista sisters ,it was hard to beat their specialty coffee. I was not impressed with 7 Brew. The staff was great, the Coffee not so good. They may have misunderstood my order and then again it just wasn’t Apex.

  I'm so pro 7 Brew but lately y'all have just been not it. I'm 100% for young people working hard having a good time at work but it seems like the good time is really affecting the quality. When I ask for a hot chocolate I'm not asking for chocolate milk. I have yet to get a hot cocoa with peppermint after asking multiple times in multiple different orders. And don't hand me anything that is dripping with fluid all over it that you want me to put in my hand and then in a car cup holder. This location needs to do better.

  I was the first customer of the morning—arrived at 4:57 a.m., ordered at 5:12. That’s fifteen minutes to prepare two identical mochas, a drink I order twice daily. Repetition, one would think, improves accuracy. The first attempt was wrong. I pointed this out. Eye-rolling followed, which is fascinating—gravity works faster than customer service here. The remake was also wrong. Statistically impressive. I was then informed—confidently—that caramel drizzle existed invisibly inside the whipped cream, while the dark chocolate drizzle barely made a guest appearance. This introduces a bold new theory of coffee physics: ingredients that are present but undetectable. When I challenged this, the drink was abandoned with me rather than corrected, and the employee walked off—apparently assuming rudeness functions as a customer-repellent. It does not. I waited. Calmly. Persistence is cheaper than caffeine. Another employee eventually intervened, remade the drink correctly, and restored basic reality. I suggested—politely—that the first employee might benefit from drinking the product she struggles to assemble. Total time: over 30 minutes. Total order: $15. Complexity level: two mochas. This location used to sell convenience, service, and consistency. At present, it sells impatience, attitude, and experimental beverages. If this continues, I won’t return. Rewards programs don’t offset paying $7 per cup to be argued with about imaginary caramel.
