  Very confusing experience. I came early, waited for opening, bought coffee, and was even given a free donut by the staff. Everything seemed friendly at first. Then, while I was sitting in my car in an almost empty parking lot, the manager approached me after about 30 minutes and said my presence was making them uncomfortable and asked me to leave. This felt unnecessary and poorly handled. If customers are not allowed to stay in the parking lot, that policy should be communicated clearly from the beginning instead of treating paying customers like a problem afterward.   Upon walking in the store there is ZERO acknowledgment. I even spoke to the staff in a happy manner trying to make it feel less awkward as the entire atmosphere was very unwelcoming. But still ZERO communication. This being my first (and last) time visiting i wasn't sure what to get and asked for recommendations,. To which none were provided. Instead just requested an ice coffee with cream and sugar. When i got it, it was milk and sugar. the staff did not seem to have any emotion or personality. i deleted the app and left and wont be back.
