How is it that you can charge a person for something and then when they don’t have it they refuse to give you your money back? My husband paid for an iced tea and then went over to the machine and there wasn’t any there. When he told them they told him They were sorry but there was no T and they could not issue him a refund. They offered him another drink but he refused because he wanted the tea. After speaking with the manager who would not give me her last name, I was told that they did not have the code to issue the refund and again offered him something else to drink again he refused. Pure insanity and lack of respect for the customer. Very rude employees and manager named Zoe. When I asked for her last name, she said “I don’t have to give that to you”. Wake up Subway and her employees who respect the customer !!
