  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The drive-thru employee gave the impression she didn’t want to be there, and that showed in both her tone and the service. After she handed me the bag, I noticed there was no straw or napkins. I waited at the window, but she didn’t return. I sat there quite a bit, and when she finally came back, it was because she thought the next car had pulled up. The food itself was cold, the tomato wasn’t ripe, and I wasn’t given the option for a lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Pricing was confusing—an item I thought was $4 turned out to be $6. This visit reminded me why I don’t eat fast food. Basic courtesy and warm, correct food are minimums. Honestly, their employees need coaching in customer service, because this experience makes me hesitant to return. Oh, and she didn’t give me a receipt I wonder why? Probably didn’t want me to know her name for the review.

  This is a good place to eat but they need more workers and managers on site and drive through workers the ketchup and mayo and mustard and napkins and straws and forks and spoons and knifes needs to be stocked up may God bless y'all have a wonderful week

  Very disappointed in today's society 😞 got an order it was a combo with sauce didnt grab the sauce and we dont have straws anymore not yalls fault its the activist people's fault I do blame the sauce on yall just not the straws
