  Don't waste your time ordering from the app . My client ordered from the at this morning , so she didn't need to leave her home. It was supposed to be pick up for breakfast. I went to pick it up, breakfast was available at the time that the order was made. It also Was paid for. But they said breakfast is no longer available ? My client told me when I called her to tell her what happened . she said she would've ordered lunch . If she knew this would of happened. But the app did not give her any choice but to order breakfast. I went inside to handle the situation. Showing a screen shot of receipt and order number. The manager tells me to show her the receipt I brought it up but then she didn't even look at it. I said I just want to make sure it's refunded at least. She then says I have to go get my client with her phone to end the process and complete to even change order. I drive and pick client up. With her phone in hand we go inside But then was told there was no reason to get her and her phone. It isn't about missing breakfast. It's the gas and time that it took out of our day to get it refunded when it was not needed to even be that way. My client also could not order another order on her phone cuz the order said in progress... so we then had to still order at the store. And now 5 hours later the money has just been received back on the card . Guys. Some people live day by day paycheck to pay check and somtimes that little bit of money on hold is the only Money that can be spent. Then we are waiting. Then there are the people that are old. 86 90 and have young people they pay for in home help. Do delivery services. Such as this. If this happens to somone like that how do we refund with out taking a disabled person out of there home? You have a ton of issues day by day. The ice cream machine does not work. Or an allergic reaction because you didn't listen to the order. You have angry customers because of attitude. Or dysfunction on the app. And online order if it's in place. It was paid for way befor morning was done. We know the cut off time. And your app only allowed us breakfast. Fix your app either put it where we cant order breakfastor let us have the freakin breakfast. And you will have happy customers. Stop waisting people's time. Especially the ones that do order 30 min in advance. No line inside or outside BTW. We just couldn't have our order .
