  I love coming to the Jackson Ave. Tropical Smoothie because the customer service is always amazing. The GM Brittany and Des are so welcoming and so are the other crew members.

  Got an Açaí bowl Workers were rushing me and rude. Gave me the bowl half empty, sticky with açaí and nutella all over the outside of the bowl and again half empty...it's 13$ and when i asked for another bowl "Zara" i think rolled her eyes and ignored me thankfully someone else got the bowl for me. i'm extremely disappointed in the attitudes and the bowl itself. wish i could give negative stars.

  I watched through the drive through window her take my cash and then make my smoothie, grabbing the dates with her bare hands after not washing them. Please look at the cameras at 12:56 17 March. The staff also took 12 minutes to make my drink with no one in line. Not really sure what is going on with the staff at this location working today.

  I stop in this TSC location everytime I am in town! Brittany the manager and Koko the shift leader have an excellent store in Oxford! Always helpful and friendly! Great food served correct and delish smoothies! Order has always been right! ♥️ Looking forward to a TSC in Tupelo one day and hope it's ran this well! 🥳
