  Why is it so hard to give all the items in an order. Just 4 packets of hot sauce was requested but I guess it's to hard to read. I think the pay should be performance based. You get deductions for every item you mess up in an order.

  This place sucked. My order has been messed up every time I’m there. The workers are not friendly and can’t even give me a water they gave me a sparkling water. No silverware or hot sauce. Terrible business. It needs to be shut down and rebuilt and run by a different manger/boss!

  Genuinly the slowest establishment I have ever ordered from. No fast food restraunt should take more than an hour to make. I have been waiting for 2+ hours for my burrito and chips and I can’t get refunded. Absurd.

  As a former general manager of a taco bell i would have never let my team treat customers as if they were a burden. I ordered for my child my wife and myself and somthing was missing or wrong with each order. My wife had a regular taco instead of supreme my son did not get the icy I ordered just a regular drink and was missing a chulupa. I went to desk and was met with a hostile tone when I said my chulupa was missing and was handed what I was told was a chulupa but it was actually a double decker taco I ate it because I didn't not want to interact with the rude lady again nor did I bring up tge icy due to same fact. My wife did go up and was met with an angry tone when she notified them of the regular taco then the angry lady snatched the taco and basically tossed her another one. Knowing how bad reviews affect a general manager b2b which in turn affects bonuses i try to never leave bad reviews but in this case the team member left me no choice

  I decided to order Taco Bell, I ordered close to 40 dollars worth of food. I ordered at 12:30 a.m, I didn’t receive my food until 2:40 a.m. I got it through their app’s delivery option, when my food finally got here I received probably 10 dollars worth of food if that. I ordered a Crunchwrap box with a burrito, side of potatoes, and a large drink, 3 spicy potato tacos, an order of their churros, a chicken quesadilla, 2 of their new potato burritos, a large nacho fry with cheese sauce, and some sauce packets. What I received was 2 spicy potato tacos, a quesadilla, and one of the burritos. I tried calling them to fix it but their store phone was just instant hang up every time I tried, they took forever to make my food and then didn’t even fix it. I have been in the past and been cursed out by their staff multiple times just for pointing out missing items/food made incorrectly (you will always be missing something if you order from them.) I had multiple people to feed, and because of their mistake I have had to cook food for multiple people at 3 am when it was supposed to just be a simple day where I order some fast food. I have never had a good experience getting food from here and none of the workers even cover up their hair. Horrible service, horrible food, always incorrect with the orders, won’t give you all of your food then will hang up on you or won’t answer when you try calling to get your money back. If you are wanting anything done right then make it yourself at this point, never eat here.
