- AGAlerra GunnFeb 23, 20261.0Horrible experience. I waited an hour for my food, and during that time, two students who ordered after me said they needed to cancel because they were late for class. Instead of handling orders in the order they were placed, the staff made their food right away. I politely asked if they could go ahead and make mine since I had been waiting much longer, but the employees were rude and laughing the entire time. The cashier also seemed irritated with me and gave me a very small portion of chips, even though I paid for a full serving. What upset me the most is that I ordered honey chicken, but they gave me regular chicken without saying anything. They never told me they were out of honey chicken, and it was still listed as available on the app. I spent $20 for poor service and incorrect food. Very disappointing experience.

I normally order online through the Starship. Glad I didn't today. The rice was undercooked. I guess I will start choosing Panda Express for my meals.

They didn't have the impossible meat because they "didn't know how to make it." I was forced to order a veggie bowl but there were no veggies, so I received rice, beans, lettuce and some salsa. Gross. Don't come here unless you want to hate your food.
