Food messed up 3xs I called the manager, Ms Sonja, said she would give me back the money I went to get my money and the General Manager Jamey informed me I was not getting money back She told me I had to get food instead WHY WOULD I WANT FOOD YOU CAN NOT EAT So wasted money

Every single time I go here it’s an issue food cold when I’ve asked for it fresh, missing items, or completely wrong items. If you want Wendy’s just go to the other one in town this one will disappoint you completely.

Ive liked Wendy’s burgers for years but since Covid it’s been an inconvenience to use the drive thru anymore. Honestly I don’t think the employees are purely to blame. I think these timers have stressed the employees out and then that gets pushed on to the consumer and makes for a bad experience all around for everybody.

Saw someone clearly have a mobile order on their phone and was denied their food, made to wait an hour, and then claimed they were harassing their employees. They wouldn't provide names anywhere to complain either. Will definitely not be back anytime soon!
