  I decided to order Taco Bell, I ordered close to 40 dollars worth of food. I ordered at 12:30 a.m, I didn’t receive my food until 2:40 a.m. I got it through their app’s delivery option, when my food finally got here I received probably 10 dollars worth of food if that. I ordered a Crunchwrap box with a burrito, side of potatoes, and a large drink, 3 spicy potato tacos, an order of their churros, a chicken quesadilla, 2 of their new potato burritos, a large nacho fry with cheese sauce, and some sauce packets. What I received was 2 spicy potato tacos, a quesadilla, and one of the burritos. I tried calling them to fix it but their store phone was just instant hang up every time I tried, they took forever to make my food and then didn’t even fix it. I have been in the past and been cursed out by their staff multiple times just for pointing out missing items/food made incorrectly (you will always be missing something if you order from them.) I had multiple people to feed, and because of their mistake I have had to cook food for multiple people at 3 am when it was supposed to just be a simple day where I order some fast food. I have never had a good experience getting food from here and none of the workers even cover up their hair. Horrible service, horrible food, always incorrect with the orders, won’t give you all of your food then will hang up on you or won’t answer when you try calling to get your money back. If you are wanting anything done right then make it yourself at this point, never eat here.

  I am so sad because I love Taco Bell and this is the only one in Oxford and it is just formidable to go to. Just make sure to carve out 3 hours of your night to sit in the drive through if u want Taco Bell because it will genuinely probably take you that long.

  I'm from Memphis so I'm pretty certain Im not that picky but this has got to be the nastiest, sloppiest, lazy taco bell I've ever had the dispare of going to. Go somewhere else, anywhere else?

  The Franchise Owner has to be Embarassed.. We patiently waited for two small combo meals after we ordered inside. 28 minutes later it was finally ready at the counter.. But, the lack of hustle, Zero Urgency, Zero Customer Service Mannerisms. Taco Bell should be Ashamed.. Not going Back to an established brand that I would otherwise visit regularly. Owner, Manager Let’s Fix This Mess, Crew/Employees seemed to completely careless. Wow
