- MHMiriam HoustonAug 11, 20251.0the workers in there are extremely rude. i think that’s due to the fact that the building has absolutely no ac. the guy who took my order wouldn’t even look at me and clearly was frustrated when customers would come in. the guy who checked me out blankly said “what you get” and then didn’t talk to me the rest of the time. one of them workers had their feet propped up on the table just hanging out on the phone talking loudly. idk if they are all just having a bad day or what but they need to learn to leave their issues at the door. they clearly all didn’t get correct training when they were hired and all make it known that they hate their job and life. i’ve been to mcdonald’s with better customer service than this subway. definitely won’t be coming back unless the workers learn how to fix their attitude
