Order in the app, pay, pull up to the windows, "sorry, we're out of what you ordered and we can't process your refund. Not sure how to get that done" Shrugs shoulders. Third time in the past year this has happened. I go there EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Until now, I've learned my lesson. Never again.
