Every now and then, I'll indulge on getting a few delivered and having them for breakfast a couple of days in a row. I know this may sound like heresy to some, but I would choose the tenderloin biscuit up here over some of the fancier places that do biscuits in town, and I like those a lot as well. The biscuits can be be a little crumbly, but I imagine that is because they are actually a good, fluffy biscuit getting transported across town. The gravy they put on these biscuits is delicious, and while the chicken biscuit is fantastic, don't sleep on the tenderloin biscuit. I don't know what it is about the fried pork tenderloin, but it pairs with the white gravy they have just perfectly. I always plan on just eating one and having two in reserve for the next couple of days, but always end up eating two when they get here. They do reheat in the oven great though.
