She then said that I had to order it online. What an absolute clown show. They did it because they wanted to, that or they can’t do math.

Lady at the window didn’t even say anything when she finally opened the window, just glared at me. Got my food and was missing the large queso I ordered, so I had to go inside anyways to get that taken care of. Food was okay, not as big of a proportion as what you would get from inside. So I’m not sure what to do, either go through drive through and wait forever in a day or go inside and feel rushed and they get it wrong anyways. I hope it improves but this has been ongoing for some time now.
