And when he explains that it’s a service animal she believes it to be okay to then ask him what his disability is? This is disgusting. She’s a shorter, heavy set, black woman, it’s a shame she wasn’t wearing a name tag because I would have loved to escalate this to corporate. Calling a disabled person “dirty” for bringing their service animal in is unacceptable.
