I thought it looked yummy so i decided to go and try, but as i asked the very rude girl to add matcha (same as my friend did) she looked at me like i was slow or something, said, “you’re friend got it from here?” with a stank look instead of simply taking my order, then got annoyed when i tried to finish my order and ask for oat milk but she already put the order in so she had to yell inside it fix it so truthfully idk if they did. ALL in all i paid 6 dollars for this ugly shit that isn’t even made correctly, filled to the top, nor does it have the pillow top it’s supposed to have🙄 ridiculous, if you don’t know how to do your job either learn or leave it!!

Every other coffee place manages just fine. It’s super inconvenient, especially when I’m grabbing drinks for friends or coworkers. Instead of being helpful, the staff just say they “can’t do that,” which feels lazy and makes the whole experience annoying. I love the drinks, but this policy is enough to make me not want to come back. I have been to multiple other 7brew locations that do not enact this policy do better Oxford 7brew.
