After waiting 15 minutes — and only after I asked them to check on my order — they brought me an overly sweet latte. I had to turn my car around and drive back just to return it. And once again, I had to wait for someone to finally acknowledge me. They are definitely not customer-oriented, and it seems like ignoring customers is their normal practice.
