My stepdad was ordering, and whichever lady that took his order kept repeating herself, in a rude manner mind you, “I can’t hear you” with an attitude. I understand nothing to fully comprehend what someone is saying, but there’s nicer ways to go about saying something like that especially to a customer. A simple “I’m sorry, would you mind repeating that? I couldn’t hear too great” would have done just fine instead of an attitude.

The regular limeade didnt taste right, after pulling back in to talk with them about it, the workers started flipping out at us saying they made the drink correctly, however this drink tasted like chemicals. Instead of fixing the drink or refunding the drink they just screamed at us. This is the worst service I have had. Never again will we go to a Sonic.

I went tonight to get my RT 44 Dr.Pepper and my Mozz Sticks and Rodriguez was extremely helpful and patient whenever the card reader decided not to take my card and I had a count out coins. Even though this is a fast food place it was way more welcoming than 5 Star restaurants I frequent. ( Also the cheese pull from the Mozz was a 10/10!)
