They really need to train whoever is making the ice cream better. Every time I decide to get ice cream at this location. It’s a cup of vanilla ice cream and no cookie or nothing in it. I got a cookie dough blast and PAID EXTRA to add Oreo. And got a scoop of both on the top and that’s it. Ridiculous and a waste of my money.

Asked my server if I could have marinara packets after my food was bought out to me. Waited for 15 minutes to no avail. Food was cold by the time I left and I even tipped...

The staff was not very friendly. My stepdad was ordering, and whichever lady that took his order kept repeating herself, in a rude manner mind you, “I can’t hear you” with an attitude. I understand nothing to fully comprehend what someone is saying, but there’s nicer ways to go about saying something like that especially to a customer. A simple “I’m sorry, would you mind repeating that? I couldn’t hear too great” would have done just fine instead of an attitude.
