I called the restaurant and the manager on duty was rude and really didn't want to accommodate me. He/She stated that I could come back up there and get the chicken to put on my salad or I could get a full refund. This is after I asked for my salad to be REMADE properly. This was a simple request!! Clearly he/she is having a bad day and doesn't know proper customer service etiquette. This experience makes me think twice before patronizing this restaurant again. Do better!!! God bless!!!
