    These people are terrible. Showed up for my mobile order. Line for the drive thru hadnt moved in 30 min. The entire staff were outside smoking when i tried to park and grab my food inside. They told me outside they were taking a break and refused to make my food. I asked for a refund and they said to call corp. I did, corp said to call the store. I did. The store refused to refund the order because i didnt ask for a refund that day. There is a special place in hell... welp thats the last time i ever go to mcds for the rest of my life.

    I am a regular customer. Joann is the main character. Polite, friendly, professional. A couple employees seem to be mad, even if you ordered on app so they don’t have to do as much. But otherwise, clean location, good food.

    This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. I waited at the counter for over ten minutes, and not a single person paid any attention to me. I don't think I'll ever go to this McDonald's again. Terrible service; if I could, I wouldn't even give it one star.

    The fact that this is a company place it should run as such.. management between the hours of 10 pm and 2am needs to be fired.. she doesn’t have a high standard and just allows the workers to give out wrong orders and blames the people.. I asked if corporate would appreciate this she replied yes.. what an absolute waste of a position..

    Went and ordered large coffees for me my husband and his brother, specifically for the stickers that they are supposed to give me, but the workeres REFUSED to give me my stickers. this has happened TWICE. dont come to this mcdonalds if you want monopoly rewards. they did not care to help us.
