When I politely asked for grilled onions on my sandwich, the young ladies working there flat-out refused—something I’ve had done at multiple other Lenny’s locations for years with no issue. On top of that, I wasn’t greeted at all when I walked in. The staff seemed annoyed by my presence and made me feel stupid for simply asking for my sandwich the way I wanted it. No professionalism, no courtesy, and no effort to provide even basic customer service. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and honestly embarrassing as a paying customer. I won’t be returning to this location.
