- JGJennifer GFeb 21, 20261.0We ordered 4 drinks, one was alright but the other three were a very sad example of Dunkin. Our hot chocolates were really hot toilet water as seen by the pic. We also ordered a cold brew but they didn’t ask about cream or sugar. After we said small cold brew they said okay pull up….so we got some cold coffee with 4 cubes of ice and nothing else….and all of that was $20. Very sad. Will not go back.

When he did open the window he just looked at me and never greeted me. I placed my order and the cashier could not get the order right so the manager steps in and proceeded to ask me my order. She seemed irritated.she never greeted me, however she took the the order and walked away. I returned the coffee because The coffee was burnt and the manager was visibly upset. The manager never apologized nor did she ask to make it right . I paid 17.02 for my 2 coffees yet she only refunded me 14.15. I’m not sure what the issue is with location but I will never ever be back to this location. This location really need to figure it out but I will never be back.
