    Went for biscuit and gravy with iced coffee. Gravy was too runny. And coffee was awful. Customer service at drive thru was just as bad.

    Convenient location. Very poor service. Cashier has a vacant stare and an unwelcoming facial expression. Drive thru staff said to me “WUSS DA PROLLEM” when i tried to ask a question. I guess the typical people you’d expect to work at a Bojangles so idk why i’m surprised. Smh.

    Ronnie is an excellent employee. She very helpful during the busiest time on 12/17/25 during the evening shift. You need more employees like her .

    Ok so we order a kids meal with a coke and a root beer and the kids meal comes with chicken strips fries a biscuit and if you want a Mac and cheese but what we got was fries and a biscuit which is not normal so we gone back up to the counter and said all we got was fries and a biscuit and note they did not give us any sauce we were up there and they were confused like they did not have anything to do with it at the end we got what we ordered that’s a plus and the food was good but wow not good service

    This location is so amazing Clean inside and the customer service I received was phenomenal! I had an issue with my order and The staff went over and beyond!! Lanikya made sure my order was fresh, she was extremely friendly and helpful, Ms. Felicia was so apologetic about my order It was a breath of fresh air to just be treated well. Thank you Olive Branch team.
