Sam takes the time to get orders right, makes great recommendations, and somehow manages to keep things moving even during busy rushes—without ever making customers feel rushed. The drinks Sam makes are always spot-on, both in flavor and presentation. You can tell she genuinely cares about quality and customer experience.
