- TMTiffany MooreMar 22, 20261.0We have video of this entire situation as we have a dash camera. If I could give the DQ in Olive Branch manager zero stars, I would. The manager, Brittany, was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. My husband’s peanut butter sundae was made wrong, she snatched it out of his hand, walked off without a word, and then brought it back like nothing happened. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing. When he commented in the small size of it, she held the cup up and said, “What size does that say?” Unbelievable. When I called to let her know how unacceptable that was, she had the most dismissive “oh well” attitude. Not a single apology for the way we were treated or for the messed‑up order. We spent $46.65 to be treated like garbage and talked down to by someone who clearly shouldn’t be in customer service, much less managing a store. Do better. This was embarrassing, disrespectful, and absolutely not worth the money.

I was prepared to spend my hard earn money with a nice size order for my family and I was told to hurry up. I didn't come in to just get a free ice cream today for the promotion I wanted to sit and eat. I will not spend my money anywhere I'm not treated with respect. I will NEVER RETURN to this location again!
