  I stopped in to pick up a quick bite of Mexican food because I couldn’t get the app to work as usual.. I normally eat at another Taco Bell in a different city, but I was over in this area and thought I would stop in which turned out to be a very bad idea.. here’s why I went in, proceeded to make my order on the machine before I could finish a bus came in with softball players and they started receiving their orders way before me. I stood there for 15 minutes, waiting for someone behind that counter to ask me if I needed any help…. Well guess what not one single solitary employee I don’t know if management was there at the time or not took the time to ask me what I needed or if I needed anything at all, so needless to say, I walked out without food and had to go back the next day for a refund. The employees were nonexistent they walked around like zombies one person seem to be doing everything. They were laughing and joking and cutting up, and there were at least 20 softball players in there and I made sure everybody knew I was there first, but it didn’t no good. I will never ever ever go back to this Taco Bell. It is not clean. I don’t care what anybody says. It was dirty. The counters need to be wiped the soda machines the floors I understand that mostly young kids get hired here, but before you hire anybody, you need to stress, customer service, friendliness, and cleanliness is extremely important and fast food. So take the risk if you like this is my personal opinion and I thought for about five or six days before I posted this and it’s mainly because I’m sick and tired of going to fast food restaurants and having rude employees ignore you or treat you as if you’re insignificant if you do not have customer service skills or you do not like working for the public go work somewhere that doesn’t have high standards and obviously that’s Taco Bell in Ocean Springs Mississippi I’m only giving this Taco Bell a two because I felt bad giving it one!!

  It’s horrible how tha managers at this location talk to their employees…instead of helping when they need help they curse at these kids and scream at them…someone from Corporate need to fire these people and start over..all this being done in front of tha customers…very unprofessional if you ask me

  Mexican pizza was all beans, empanadas were burnt, couldn’t even break them apart, quesadilla was virtually just tortilla.

  I do not care for the AI taking orders by the end of it I had to talk to a real person should have talked to a real person to begin with other than that the food was top notch

  Rude, rounded up my purchase for the donation anyways to make "her numbers look better" without telling me after I'd already said no when asked. Rushed me out of the drive thru "for her numbers" before I could even get the Taco Bell bag out her hands. Put the food in the bag upside down and it was wrapped poorly so it was wasted food at the bottom of a paper bag. This location is horrible.
