  I have been a long time customer of sonic. I usually get mozzarella sticks but the food has sharply declined in quality. Several times my cheese sticks were cooked together. I called and they said they’d replace it. Ok fine . Gave them another couple tries. And today was it for me. My chicken bites were about 3 hours old. I took a small bite , and now I’m concerned I’m going to be sick from it. The guy that answered was nice and remade the food fresh. But it took my entire lunch break and I always tip and am a good customer but this ends my sonic experience. Save your money and cook at home.

  8 am on a Saturday morning and no coffee made. Worker states it will take 8 minutes to brew and they don't make it ahead of time. It's breakfast time. Have coffee made. Breakfast burrito was so bad it was tossed to the birds. Tortilla was like a piece of rubber. Zero taste and strange texture.

  Outstanding burgers. Quality people. Regional needs to fix the touch screens. Interfering w/customers' ability to leave a tip = inference of wage theft. Fix it, S.V.P.

  I got a chicken sandwich and cheese fries. The sandwich was VERY dry, and the fries had very little cheese. Not worth the stop.

  The drive up wouldn't take my card payment. The server was able to scan the card with a remote unit, no problem but didn't give me the opportunity to include a tip. Thank goodness I had some cash.
