  I ordered two large pizzas with regular sauce and got the two driest pizzas I have ever seen. I called and the guy was rude and argued that the pizzas had sauce. So disappointed and will not be back.

  We hesitated on ordering at this location due to the other location not being far from this location but it was the best service we have gotten from Pizza Hut in a while. From the moment you walk-in they welcome you in and they all talk to you. If you want fast, friendly and better service go to this location.

  I attempted to place an order over the phone and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jacob. I ask Jacob if the this particular location delivers to The Golden Nuggets Casino and he replied NO! I also asked Jacob how far is the restaurant from the casino because I am not from Biloxi and he replied he doesn’t know! I replied to Jacob ok and asked if he could give me just a second (because I was just entering my hotel room) Jacob disconnected the call! I attempted to call back and Jacob answered the phone and I informed him that he disconnected the call when I was just simply trying to place an order! Jacob replied and stated that he is one person and that he is trying to run a store and doesnt have time for this and disconnected the call again! This is beyond unprofessional and a horrible customer service!

  This Pizza Hut is absolutely amazing.The staff there has never met me in person.Only spoke over the phone, & i've been doing delivery orders with them for only 3 months- i wanna tell you they go above and beyond every single time! They ALWAYS remember my name every time I call,they know my order, when the kitchen staff reads my order , they know it's me! Everybody hollers my name in the background , saying "HEY MACE" when i call, & If there's ever a mix up - they go out of their way to fix it! And I have to say this again , the crew there has never laid eyes on me, an they treat me like family!!! You guys rock!!!!!! Y'all make my day every time! ( Which is so strange , cause it's just a pizza place- but it's truly so much more.I can't recommend them enough!!!!!)
