  The staff would look at me and never ask if I needed anything. A young blond haired girl was running food out to vehicles and she was the only one to even ask if I needed anything. The food was not bad at all but the serving was horrible.

  Most times it takes a few minutes when ordering through the drive thru. But with 2 drive thru ordering windows it does go through a bit faster when it's rush hour. I only gave 3 stars bcuz I've never liked the taste of McDonald's burgers. The service is always courteous and prompt. Love how you can be in the Chevron and decide oh I want a shake from McDonald's and after paying for gas you can walk right through to McDonald's without having to step outside. The dining area's are usually empty which gives you the opportunity to choose which seat best serves you.

  waited 15 minutes for simple egg bacon biscuit. They were to busy talking and drinking energy drinks than cooking and waiting on customers. So I left without food. They can keep my money. I will never be back. McDonald's on Beinville is 50 times better.

  Food quality and customer service has severely decreased, getting low quality food and very little actual customer service in what's supposed to be a destination spot. I understand it's fast food, but there should still be a standard to meet and lately it's not happening.

  Horrible raw burgers. It’s like they can’t wait at night to cook something so twice now their burgers have been pink and the fries are terrible. They’re gonna get someone really sick. Once can understand but two times at the same location in the evening means someone working at night doesn’t give a shit. It’s bad
