    Ordered a Oreo blast and literally no Oreos went to place order the person taking the order can’t here because other workers are to busy in the back having a conversation after spending $7 for just ice cream I’m at highly pissed

    I have to commend the guy who went above and beyond to help me, it was 5 minutes till closing time, I know that pisses people off coming at the last minute to order, so I apologized in advance, the guy couldn't hear me well on the intercom, so he came to my vehicle and took the order, I asked if everything was already cleaned up, I'll just get something else down the road, he said no sir no worries order what you like, I ask if they had to do anything over if I ordered he said it no problem sir everything on the menu is available sir, I was floored by his professionalism, where im from you might get shot for showing up right at closing, and you definitely ain't getting a order in, that's Laplace,Louisiana, well we ordered and my coworker ordered a chocolate shake, well there's another franchise that is famous for there ice cream machine to be broken all the time, so he ask the car hop guy if it was working, and he said yes sir its always working, what would you like sir, chocolate shake no problem, now it is like a minute before closing, and I hear a lady on the intercom speaking to another person who pulled in a minute or two after myself, well that person not only go to order to, but the lady on the intercom told the other person not to worry the lights was bout to be going off, but they will still get there order, and the food was perfectly fine, hot, and all there, well the lights went out, and our order arrived after 12, and the kind guy asked us if we need anything else, I was like omg dude if everyone was like you bro this world would be so much of a better place, I appreciate your professionalism, and im sure there's people that go there and give him a hard time because they have problems of their own or because of his skin color, sad but true, but I guarantee he handles every customer in the same professional, respectful and polite way he did for me, I wish I could've gotten his name, but I really think this guy us setting examples this need to be showed to other employees at other locations, he is gonna go places in life, his family did a great job of raising him, and teaching him how to be humble well spoken, hats off to you Homie, great job I appreciate your service, and he was tipped well for his job, he deserved it, and he was like are you sure you wanna give me this, I said you earned it buddy, keep that up you are going places. This was on Jan 10th 2026 near midnight. Give that man a raise and a management position. Thank you
