Saw an ad on TV the McRib is back..so after leaving the Tax Collectors office, I was a bit hungry.went here to get a McRib.. love em & it has been a minute since having one. Ordered at drive thru, 1 McRib no pickles.. got back out on Bienville Blvd, reached in the bag, grabbed the sandwich while driving & took a bite..I quickly spit it out..the bun was hard as a rock & the sandwich was cold. Went back for a refund. another example of children running a multi million $ store that don't give a damn about the quality of the food they serve & no respect for PAYING ADULT CUSTOMERS I'm done with fast food..the ONLY 3 places that I will return to are Pizza Hut in Vancleave & Burger King in Gautier & Waffle House in Gautier.. they seem to be the ONLY 3 places that I have found that care about their customers & serve Quality FOOD

Then she asked if I wanted it cold or hot. I said iced. Then they gave me a medium and slammed the window shut on me. I wish I got my receipt so I could give them a proper review straight to the company but I trusted that this order wasn't too complicated. I was wrong. I paid $5 for this. And crap service. Good job.
