  Today is Friday. I've been waiting for my hamburger for about 15 minutes. In 8:05 PM, they told me to wait on the other side of the lane. Then my hamburger was gonna be fresh. I've been waiting for fifteen minutes so far

  I ordered 2 double fish sandwiches, only lettuce fresh, well done.No tartar sauce no cheese. Large fry. I repeated it back twice. The cashier, who took the order repeated it back as well. Sitting and waiting for my order then finally order hand to me. Of course, traffic is very busy & I had an appointment that I could not miss. Grab a few fries to eat they taste fresh well grabbed a few more well less just say the old fries mixed with the new and that was horrible tasting. Then took a bite of 1 of the sandwiches & extra loaded with tartar sauce & cheese is on it. Let me tell you I had to quickly pull over to throw up & refocus myself still while trying to meet my appointment time. Call back letting them know what took placeg & I was told to come back when I had a chance. I was told They would replace got there today And they did not honortheir word. The black guy who said he was the manger said he was sorry he couldn't replace it because he need the receipt. I told him pull it he said he couldn't. The receipt was in the bag that i threw up in and tossed out. it saying I should have kept the receipt , but that was not told to me on the phone. It was your mistake you should have honored your big mistakes. Im 30mins from the area. I wasted my money time & gas. Cash money. That wasn't a cheap order & I value my time. The manger said he is sorry but what are you sorry about when its your screwup but ur not willing to fix it. This is not cool and u need to fix it. Stop saying u are sorry teach ur team to pay attention and its lost on the company as well. Do what you say. I need something done and Im holding you accountable until u do what you said. Change your grease. Fix the problem and don't be sorry. Sorry didn't get anything done. Checkers in Ocean Springs Mississippi. The manger had no concern whatsoever because he was sliding the walk up window window closed before I was finished talking and I had to say excuse me sir I know u see and hear im still talking.I also asked was there a GM or a number that I could speak with he turned said this her called her name she looked up slightly never said nothing nor acknowledged me. SMH

  Food was ok. We had to wait for chicken tenders and they were under cooked. Service was typical fast food. No friendly faces and looks like it's the last place they wanna be.

  Hot and fresh checker French fries you know you can't just beat... I usually go after buffalo or garlic pamersan bone in wings which no matter which location you go to they usually have to fry these fresh and you can expect a wait on these. BIG BUFORD cheese burger, funnel cake fries, loaded fries, Kool aid icee, and etc you can't beat it if you got a taste for checkers food. 11/23/25 I had no issues on this visit and order was accurate.
