I should have checked the receipt before I left so that's on me. Called to clear it up with the manager and ultimately capitulated offering to give me some of her own money in the parking lot to avoid issuing a refund, I guess (no apology). Also, the satisfaction surveys on the receipts fall on deaf ears as I never received a call from the company.
