  Waited 25 minutes in pickup!!! Even though I was parked in reserve 2 instead of mobile 2, totally my fault!! I went in to get the order they tell me I was in reserve 2 parking instead of mobile app parking and the employees stated they figured I didnt want my food!!! I proceed to get my order food ice cold no remake or anything, took it as a lost and WONT BE BACK TO NO MCDONALD FOR AWHILE MAYBE NEVER!

  I've only gone through the drive thru. The employees could use some customers service training. The first time they didnt get my order correct. The second the person made me feel rushed by constantly repeating "is that all". This is where I stop while I'm traveling. So I hope to have a better experience the next time Im passing through.

  3:45 pm Sunday October 5, 2025 My wife and I just waited for about 15 minutes for our food only to find out it was ready about 12 minutes prior but two window workers and two other co workers were just standing by the fries flapping their lips and sharing TikToks. The young man behind the counter was very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience and even told them that they need to stop messing around because they’ve been getting everyone’s orders out either wrong or late. If corporate is reading this comment, please check your employees. If a civilian is reading this, avoid the gossip hour and go to the next one up the road.

  The food was hot and fresh. The burger buns were so soft and delicious! The service was exemplary! Friendliest workers I have seen in such a long time at a McDonald's. The food came out so fast and they actually brought it to the table, which my local store does not. I was just traveling through, but wish this was my hometown McDonald's.
