Who does caramel around the cup and some at the bottom as a way to flavor their ice coffee. I should have went to Jacks but they were closed. Other than that my experiences with Wendy’s has been positive. I don’t know what’s up with their Caramel Ice Coffee. Very awful. It had to have been bad to make me wanna write this bad review. Wendy’s as a whole is good though just don’t order the caramel ice coffee.
- TTTerriSep 16, 20251.0We went to the drive thru (Monday, September 15th @ 4:45) and as we were ready to order the young man came on the speaker to tell us what they were out of before we placed our order. We couldn’t believe the list but they did have some of what we wanted. (3- 4 for 4 meals) They didn’t have regular fries or sweet tea but got the crunchy fries and Sprite. We felt sorry for the young man working the window because he was nice as he could be and we laughed with him when he said he had a list he was reading off of what they didn’t have…not only being out of everything what we received was cold and you could tell had been cooked for some time. They shouldn’t even had the doors open…completely out of all salads, regular fries, sweet or unsweetened tea and the list goes on.
