- TTTiffani TaylorNov 14, 20251.0If I could leave 0 stars I would! Me & my husband have ordered from this subway multiple times. We’ve never had to talk to anyone since we order online. However, this time, I accidentally ordered from this location instead of the one by my work (over an hour away from this location… pregnancy brain!) and I called them AS SOON as I placed the order to have them cancel it. The lady that answered the phone said “I don’t care- can you not call back later we’re busy and don’t have time for you so” and hung up on my face. I called back, and she answered again & said “I don’t care about your order and we’re not cancelling it” and then put i am assuming the manager on the phone and he proceeded to say the same thing. “I don’t care we’re not cancelling your order you shouldn’t have placed it” and more rude comments. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not be leaving the review if they had nicely explained to me they couldn’t cancel the order. I’m not someone to get mad over things like that especially knowing I mistakenly placed the order.
