My visit was shortly after midnight on 03/14/26. Arby's was actually our second choice after sitting in a line of cars at McDonald's for almost 30 minutes with no response from the drive thru. When we arrived, there were 2 customers ahead of us. I overheard the lady tell them that she was the only employee there at the moment and asked them to please be patient.
When it was my turn to order, I explained that I would need to make a large order, and didn't want to cause her too much stress, being the only employee working. She assured me that order size was no problem, and asked me if I would please be patient. She told me everything would be fresh.
In less than 15 minutes, our order was ready. It included 8 roast beef sandwiches, 1 rueben sandwich, 1 cheeseburger, 4 large fries, and 4 large shakes. She served it with a smile, and never once complained or had any hint of negativity. I complemented her on the speed and service, as well as her attitude. I'm ashamed to say that I didn't get her name, or I would've shared it. I had no cash with me, otherwise, she would've been tipped generously.
