  I came here while on a diet, and these awesome, friendly people helped me make the perfect sandwich! These employees—especially the manager—can’t be thanked enough. Every time I come into the store, they make my sandwich exactly the way I like it, always double-checking and being super friendly. Seriously, somebody give these people a raise! Whenever I want to try a sandwich a different way, they make it happen. I’ve even said things like, “Is it possible to have the protein pouch but bigger?”—and they had it handled. No matter what, they keep me informed about the latest products (like the Protein Pocket, which is awesome—thanks to the manager, by the way) and even let me know about hiring promotions so I can pass the info along to people I know. Thank you so much for offering such a great experience compared to the place across the river!

  Their service and treatment are very bad, and the worst thing is that the manager of the place treats them even worse. I do not advise anyone to go to them at all.

  I visited this location on April 19, 2025 and the lack of customer service is astounding. The place was being ranned by a yong lady in high school who didn’t greet me when I walked in and she was on the with a customer, I’m assuming to do an order while completing an order at the same time. When she was done with the previous guy’s order, I thought my turn was next but she had three other orders to fulfill from three other people who was sitting down when I walked in. Yall need to train these employees on customer service and have more than one person working. Ridiculous.
