I watched both cars unwrap food (touching it) and give it back to the employee. I was handed my order and was told it was wrong and to check what was in the bag. I had to pick up the fries (touching them) to see that what was under them was not mu order. No employees were wearing gloves and food had been touched by other customers. They were going to rebar it and give it to us. I refused and requested a refund. When I did the employee immediately got and attitude and when I explained why I was told “I needed to mind my own damn business “. I asked for the manager them was verbally threatened by the employee. The manager did ask him to step away but he reached in his pocket like he was going to come for me. You don’t act like this in front of families and children. Totally unacceptable. I will report this location for health violations as passing food around that way is going to make someone sick. And the attitude of the employee and manager were disturbing. I have left a message at the Corporate Office as well. I would stay as far away from this location as possible!
