  I mean it's a Dairy Queen for goodness sake. Why give it a five-star rating? They had minimal staffing that night. People decided to chill out with ice cream after Mardi gras. The place was going crazy but the staff dug in and really serviced their clients. How much different can ice cream parlors be? What makes them special is what the staff put into it.

  Pulled up at 6:45 and was told they were out of everything except shrimp baskets. No ice cream, no soda, nothing. Smells like lazy employees and/or poor management.

  This has to be the most poorly managed Dairy Queen ever. I made a mobile order and have literally waited over 30 mins for 4 blizzards. The last time I was here we waited an hour for our food. The time before that same story. Do better.

  When i ordered my ice cream, I was told the ingredients were not available, as was my second option. Apparently they were out of most ingredients. Usually love Dairy Queens, but not happy with our visit to this one.

  I took a group of 23 high school students with 3 adults to eat at Dairy Queen in Natchez on our field trip of the Natchez Trace. Everyone was nice. The food was good. Every order was quick and correct. We were on a time crunch and were in and out in 35 minutes. The service was impressive.
