  Went into the store to order 2 medium blizzards. Tried using my rewards and was told by Spencer that his scanner didn't work. But he helped me do an online order and I was able to use my rewards. Awesome job, Spencer. However, half of the blizzard menu was outdated and when I asked why, I was told because somebody was being lazy and hadn't changed the menu. There were several people just standing around not doing anything and after 15 minutes of waiting for my order, Spencer asked if someone was making it, to which someone standing in the back said, you can make it! This was leaving no one up front. We will not visit this store again.

  Seems like after the GM manger die DQ is going down already so sad! My biscuits were so hard wasn’t cooked throughly just SAD

  We stopped at Dairy Queen hoping to grab some ice cream in the evening, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, and it quickly became clear they were having issues with staffing or management inside. We only ordered two small Oreo Blizzards, but ended up waiting at the window for about 10 minutes. The place also appeared dirty—even the drive-thru window—and we could see our Blizzards sitting there after they were made. The employee who made them pointed them out multiple times before someone finally brought them over. And to top it off, when we finally got our Blizzards, one was fresh while the other was frozen solid, which was really disappointing. Overall, it was a frustrating visit. I wouldn’t recommend this location, and it seems like they could really use some help with management and organization. .

  they dont mix or make the blizzard remotely correct. they are destroying the DQ brand. last time i waa there it took 40 minutes for 1 blizzard. this is the second visit at 28 minutes and i was handed a cup of softserve with topping piled on top.
