What makes it even more frustrating is that they’re frequently out of key items—like wheat bread—which directly affects the order I placed. I understand staffing fast food restaurants can be challenging, but consistent delays and lack of basic inventory make mobile ordering pointless. At the very least, the restaurant should be properly stocked with the items they advertise and allow customers to order.
