When the young man who was trying to make things right suggested a signature sauce another female employee with dreads came and stated “oh we are going to have to charge you for that.”When I asked the female employee; what am I suppose to eat on my fries? She just shrugged her shoulders sorry we don’t have any ketchup. If you are traveling like we were maybe you should stop some where else because THIS location isn’t it. Very un organized. I thought I was in a high school reality show with no plot no organization and everyone just doing the most. My purchase

We did not get our Dave’s combo. Im mad. We waited 35 minutes and they couldn’t even get our food right. I don’t know why I’m surprised.

No one else there in drive thru, but had to pull up and wait for food. I understand times and all, but it's ridiculous at late hours, to have employees running food out especially when there were no other cars in the drive thru.
